SACA acquires majority stake in Donati

SHC Advisor supports the historic international expansion of the Bologna-based company

SHC Advisor assisted Donati Srl, a family-owned company based in Bologna active in the production of metal components for the furniture and home appliance sectors, in the sale of its majority stake to SACA, a Chinese group specializing in hinges and accessories for various industrial sectors.

The transaction, completed in 2018, saw the Donati family retain a 27% stake along with full operational management of the company, ensuring continuity and the enhancement of local expertise within an international development strategy.
