BVR Srl, supported by SHC Advisor, sells 100% of its shares to the American holding ALEM

Transaction completed, enabling BVR to rapidly develop new production activities within its facilities

BVR Srl, a company based in Lurago d’Erba (Como) active in the production of semi-finished products for the furniture sector, has been fully acquired by the American holding company ALEM. With this transaction, BVR will be able to launch new production activities within its existing site and enhance its industrial capacity, while maintaining its historic headquarters and management team to oversee the transition. SHC Advisor supported BVR throughout the sale process, assisting the client in all phases of the transaction, from strategy definition to negotiation.
