SHC Advisor assisted Named in the negotiation of the transaction

Named, a company founded by the Canova family and active in natural medicine, has joined the White Bridge Group following its acquisition by Specchiasol, already a portfolio company of the White Bridge fund. The transaction creates a major player in the nutraceutical sector, with over €80 million in revenue and more than 250 employees, aiming to accelerate growth both in Italy and abroad. SHC Advisor supported Named during the negotiation phase of the deal.
