SHC Advisor assisted the owners of Mencarelli Pompe e Valvole Srl, a historic Lombard company specializing in the production of stainless steel centrifugal and volumetric pumps, in the sale of the majority stake to ASCO Pompe, a well-established player in the fluid handling sector, based in Rozzano with €20 million in revenue.
