Cappeller S.p.A. SB expands its product range by acquiring the majority of the FG Group

Cappeller S.p.A. SB, a key player in the European market for spring production with €34 million in revenue, has acquired 85% of FG S.r.l. and, through it, 100% of its Bulgarian subsidiary FG Bulgaria O.O.D., both specializing in micro-springs with consolidated revenues of €5.5 million.
