Bartoli Luca Srl acquires 100% of Farina Verniciature Srl’s operations

The acquisition allows Bartoli Verniciature to expand its offering to include cataphoresis and broaden its customer base

Bartoli Luca Srl, a company based in Formigine (Modena) specializing in industrial coating, has acquired 100% of the operations of Farina Verniciature Srl, a Carpi (Modena) company with established expertise in cataphoresis coating. With this transaction, Bartoli expands its service portfolio by integrating a highly specialized and recognized process, such as cataphoresis, for the anticorrosive protection of metal components, while also strengthening its customer base.
