ADL FARMACEUTICI and USP GROUP join forces to launch a new initiative and establish ADL UNILAB

ADL Farmaceutici, supported by SHC Advisor, is developing a new international commercial strategy involving a partnership with USP Group, a global company dedicated to consumer health operating in 12 European countries, resulting in the creation of the new company ADL UNILAB. The goal of the transaction is to improve market presence and sales performance of selected product lines for both the Italian and international markets.
