Tecniche Nuove acquires 54% of Health Publishing and Services, publisher of AboutPharma

SHC Advisor assists Chemax in the sale of its majority stake

The publishing group Tecniche Nuove S.p.A. has acquired 54% of Health Publishing and Services S.r.l. (HPS), publisher of AboutPharma, from the holding company Chemax, owned by Milanese entrepreneur Massimo Cherubini, who retains a minority stake. With this transaction, Tecniche Nuove consolidates its leadership in the healthcare publishing sector by integrating HPS’s expertise in information and specialized services for the healthcare industry. SHC Advisor assisted Chemax in defining and executing the transaction.
